Transition ASAP is the St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Monthly planning meetings draw a dozen or more people. We have action groups (some more active than others): Community Solar, Sustainable Food and Land, Reflective Circle, Transportation, Zero Waste, Home Energy Curtailment, Housing Options. We have started work on an Energy Descent Action Plan.
Our initiative started in 2009 as the Energy Resilience Group, and in 2012 or 2013 registered as a Transition Initiative under our current name.
